Ordered the tent after seeing a similar one at a big box store. The instructions is mostly pictures but its not too hard to figure out. The tent is fairly large but seems to be good quality. The tent is a beige canvas material and even covers the floor. The mat for inside the house is fairly thin but its a nice addition. Overall Im really happy with the tent / house.

Not sure why people are complaining it's so large, and they wouldn't have purchased it if they knew how large it is. The dimensions are listed in the description. That's the purchasers fault for being lazy, and not reading the descriptio, not the company. I bought it BECAUSE it's one of the larger play tents. There is plenty of space for toys, pillows and kid(s). The manual can be a little more clearer on which connector pieces to use... The pipes are clearly labeled, but the connector pieces are not. Over all it is a great product.

Beautiful product, my child loves!!

Directions were pretty vague, however the finished product is beautiful!! This is a perfect sized for my 18 month old and even his 4yr old brother is enjoying it. It's material are good quality and soft! Well worth the prices!!
